  Far and away, the best Teavana I've ever visited (even better than the one at Sawgrass). ;-) I love all of them, but this one is my fave. As with many quality goods, the differentiating factor is the service. The staff here is knowledgable, efficient, and very personable! It's always a pleasure to drop by there for an iced tea. :)

  Terrible service. All they want to do is talk to each other and not help anyone out . I bought tea to go for drink and the lady didn't even want to make it and literally gave me a horrible look. The two tea wasn't even what I asked for , so watery didn't even have a favor . She was rude . I paid and left such a waste of money . No wonder people go to Starbucks just to get teavana . Just don't bother going unless you are going to buy tea to make at home or go to Starbucks because that place sucks .
