  Far and away, the best Teavana I've ever visited (even better than the one at Sawgrass). ;-) I love all of them, but this one is my fave. As with many quality goods, the differentiating factor is the service. The staff here is knowledgable, efficient, and very personable! It's always a pleasure to drop by there for an iced tea. :)

  The service here is the worst. I understand its a busy place but I asked the guy for suggestions on what blends with certain teas that a friend suggested and his answer was look it up online. Are you kidding me? Then he suggested a Teavana application for my phone that tells me the blends. This place is bad and I will not be coming here anymore. My next step is to write a letter to the corporate office. This is not the service a customer should receive.
