  I went to Olive Gardens on 12/02/2016 and I use those little Kiosk to paid but they already add the tip on my bill. I swipe my card but I want to upgrade my tip because my waitress provided me with such a great service but that machine already process my payment. I told the waitress that I would like to cancelled my transaction to start over and she want to her manager and she said it was fine. I start over and that kiosk do not want me to reused the same card so I use my husband card. I get home check my account and realize that I was charge twice but after 3 days they refund me my money on January 09,2017 They want and draft again in my account the same amount that was credited to my account for a charge and food that I did not purchase. I am giving that bad review not for the service the waitress provided or the food is because of the manager negligence.

  I would love to review it as a 5 stars, the food was delicious, great service and very fast the other star I would give it when you take care of the environment, there is a weird smell as soon as you come in to the restaurant, is like the carpet or something but is very uncomfortable, besides that it was great!!!

  Everything that you would expect from this chain restaurant. Above average quality food, excellent service, clean environment. A great representation of a familiar favorite.

  Vannessa was great! Food was great! Although, not all the meat pieces on the dish were tender. Manager was very attentive even though there was a full house.
