Messy lobby that no one seems to notice or care, dirty bathrooms, messy tables, and staff with an attitude along with the facial expression that screams (I hate this job, screw customer satisfaction). The food was made poorly, both sandwiches were soggy and the flavor was stale while the fries were just as bad. The drinks were refreshing but that's it. For such an expensive mall, I had bigger expectations that were failed miserably at this food joint. Will not return here.December 23, 2016
